<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY TF�SE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:
<br />PETER J KEYES AND JANEL R KEYES, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attomey, Trustee, for the benefit af HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS
<br />AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated SEPTEMBER 3. 2010 and recorded SEPTEMBER 8. 2010 in the Office of
<br />the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COLTNTY, NEBRASKA, in
<br />DOCiJMENT #0201006430 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />'THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
