<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THE5E PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:
<br />GARY L BECKSTROM AND DEBRA. A BECKSTROM, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to A.REND R BAACK, attomey, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS
<br />AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated JANUARY 13, 2009 and recorded JANUARY 14. 2009 in the Oi�'ice of the
<br />HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED' S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in
<br />DOCUMENT #0200900246 has been paid, and said beneficiuy has requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
