<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Johnny
<br />Dorn, A Single Person, Borrower, to HERITAGE BANK, Trustee, for the benefit of HERITAGE
<br />BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, dated May 7, 2012, and recorded May 15, 2012,
<br />Instrument number 201203850, in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been requested this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only to such
<br />premises:
<br />The South Sixteen (16) feet of Lot Two (2) and the North Thirty-seven (37) feet of Lot Four (4),
<br />Block Twenty-one (21), ScarfF's Addition to West Lawn in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, known as 1609 North Custer, Crrand Island, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to
<br />such premises.
