(hereinafter referred to as "Grantor") does hereby grant, bargain, <br />sell, convey, and warrant to Julie M Edeal , of 2140 W Park Grand Island. Nebraska in Hall County <br />(hereinafter referred to as "Grantee"), the following lands and property (as defined in Neb. Rev.
