<br />FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF One Dollar and other valuable consideration receipt of which is hereby ac1Q►owledgeci, the
<br />Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, of Washington, D.C. (hereinafter referred to as "Grantor") does hereby grant, bazgain,
<br />sell, convey, and warrant to Christopher P Versaw , of 2032 N Sherman Blvd Grand Island, Nebraska in Hall
<br />Coun (hereinafter refened to as "Grantee"), the following lands and property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201), together with
<br />all improvements located on the property situated in Hall County, State of Nebraska:
<br />THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA: LOT ONE (1) AND THE NORTH
<br />EIGHT AND SEVENTY-FIVE HUNDREDTHS (8.75) FEET OF LOT THREE (3), IN BLOCK NINETEEN (19), IN
<br />UNIVERSITY PLACE, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />SUBJECT TO covenants, conditions, easements, restrictions, patents, rights of way, encumbrances, liens, obligations, liabilities and
<br />reservations as may appeaz of record, if any. Together with all hereditaments and appurtenances belonging thereto. Grantor covenants
<br />and represents that:
<br />(1) This deed conveys after-acquired title, and
<br />(2) Grantor has not made, done, executed or suffered any act or thing whereby the above-described property or any part
<br />thereof, now or at any time hereafter, shall or may be imperiled, charged, or encumbered in any manner, and Grantor hereby binds
<br />itself to warrant and defend the tile against all acts of Grantor herein and no other, EXCEPT: the lien of taxes payable in 2012 and
<br />thereafter, and the lien of all unpaid special assessments and interest thereon.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the premises aforesaid with all and singular, the rights, privileges, appurtenances and immunities thereto
<br />belonging or in any wise appertaining unto said Grantee and unto heirs and assigns forever; said Grantor covenanting that it is lawfully
<br />seized of an indefeasible estate in fee of the premises herein conveyed; and that it has good right to convey the same; WORDS and
<br />phrases herein, including aclmowledgement hereof, shall be construed as in the singular or plural number, and as masculine or
<br />feminine gender, according to the conte�ct.
