(hereinafter referred to as "Grantor") does hereby grant, bazgain, <br />sell, convey, and warrant to Christopher P Versaw , of 2032 N Sherman Blvd Grand Island, Nebraska in Hall <br />Coun (hereinafter refened to as "Grantee"), the following lands and property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201), together with <br />all improvements located on the property situated in Hall County, State of Nebraska: <br />THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA: LOT ONE (1) AND THE NORTH <br />EIGHT AND SEVENTY-FIVE HUNDREDTHS (8.75) FEET OF LOT THREE (3), IN BLOCK NINETEEN (19), IN <br />UNIVERSITY PLACE, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />SUBJECT TO covenants, conditions, easements, restrictions, patents, rights of way, encumbrances, liens, obligations, liabilities and <br />reservations as may appeaz of record, if any. Together with all hereditaments and appurtenances belonging thereto.
