(successor in <br />interest to North Central Gas Company and successor in interest to Nebraska Natural Gas Company), also formerly <br />known as Kansas Pipe Line 8 Gas Company and successor in interest to Northem Gas Company (successor in interest to <br />Northem Utilities, Inc.)
