<br />KINDER MORGAN, INC., a Delaware corporation with an address of 500 Dallas, Suite 1000, Houston, Texas 77002
<br />(formerly known as K N Energy, Inc., also formerly known as Kansas-Nebraska Natural Gas Company, Inc. (successor in
<br />interest to North Central Gas Company and successor in interest to Nebraska Natural Gas Company), also formerly
<br />known as Kansas Pipe Line 8 Gas Company and successor in interest to Northem Gas Company (successor in interest to
<br />Northem Utilities, Inc.) ("GRANTOR"), County of Jefferson and State of Colorado, for and in consideration of Five Dollars
<br />($5.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, hereby sells and conveys to KINDER MORGAN
<br />INTERSTATE GAS TRANSMISSION LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("GRANTEE"), whose legal address is 370
<br />Van Gordon, Lakewood, Colorado 80228 of the County of Jefferson and State of Colorado, the parcels of real estate
<br />situated in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows (the "Properties"), together with all of Grantor's
<br />right, title and interest, if any, in and to (i) all improvements located on the Properties, and (ii) all and singular, the rights
<br />and appurtenances pertaining to the Properties:
<br />A tract of land in N% of fractional Section 30, Township 12 North, Range 9 West, 6�' P.M., more particularly described as
<br />follows: Beginning at the Northwest comer of the said fractional Section 30; thence South on the section line a distance of
<br />970.3 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing South on the section line a distance of 200 feet; thence Easterly
<br />at an angle of 90°00' to the left a distance of 108 feet; thence Northerly at an angle of 90°00' to the left a distance of 200
<br />feet; thence Westerly at an angle of 90°00' to the left a distance of 108 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.496
<br />acres, more or less.
<br />This conveyance is subject to all matters recorded in the real property records of Hall County, Nebraska and all matters
<br />that would be revealed by a current, on the ground survey of the Properties.
<br />Grantor warrants t e title against all persons claiming by, through or under the Grantor but not otherwise.
