201209259 SUBSTITUTION OF TRYJSTEE Pursuant to the provisions of that certain Deed ofTrust executed on l I/25/1997, by Reyna I Gonzalez, single, 509 E ]st St, Grand Island,NE 68801-7709, as Trustor, to COMMERCIAL FEDERAL BANK, as Trustee, far the beneft of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION O� GRAND ISLAND, as Beneficiary, recorded on 11/26/1997 as Instrument No. 97-110025, in the o�ce of the Hall County Recorder of Hall County, NE; to secure an obligation under a Promissory Note in the amount of$53,900.00; and assigned to US Bank National Association,as Trustee for SASCO Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-RF 1 by Assignment dated OS/23/2012. The undersigned, as present holder of the Note, does hereby remove COMMERCIAL FEDERAL BANK, as Trustee and does, pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Trust, hereby remove any Substitute Trustee or Trustees who may have been previously appointed in place of the original Trustee, and does hereby appoint and substitute Eric Lemp, Trustee, NSBA# 24096, of 12400 Olive Blvd., Suite 555, St. Louis, St. Louis County, Missouri, to serve, effective immediately, as Substitute Trustee in the Deed ofTrust, and to replace the Trustee of Record. Said Substitute Trustee is qualified to serve as Trustee under the laws of this scate. The undersigned hereby revokes all other substitutions of trustee which it may have executed, appointed or filed in the past, giving and granting to said Substitute Trustee all the powers, duties and authority of the discharged Trustee, and hereby ratifying all acts of said Substitute Trustee heretofore or hereafter performed. Said Substitute Trustee shall, in accordance with the provisions of the deed of trust, succeed to all the title, powers and duties conferred upon the Original Trustee(s) by the terms of said deed of trust and by applicable law.
