<br />Instrument Number 0201005364 of the mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska, Curtis A.
<br />Sikyta, of Sikyta Law Office, PO Box 128 Ord, Nebraska 68862, Trustee, and Dorothy A.
<br />Koenig, Trustee of the Dorothy A. Koenig Revocable Trust, of 81456 509 A Avenue, Primrose,
<br />Nebraska 68655, beneficiaries, in the following particulars:
<br />Final payment is extended from August 1, 2012 to August 1, 2014. The principal and interest
<br />shall be payable in 24 installments of $650.00, commencing on the 1 St day of September 2012,
<br />and on the same day of each succeeding month, and a final payment of all remaining principal
