<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by ERIC J.
<br />ROSE and LESLIE A. ROSE, as husband and wife, in favor of JACK D. O'HARA and
<br />DEANNE L. O'HARA, Husband and Wife recorded in the Office of the Hall County Register of
<br />Deeds as Instrument No. 200506032 has been paid and JACK D. O'HARA and DEANNE L.
<br />O'HARA, Husband and Wife, Beneficiary, has requested Cathleen H. Allen, Attorney-at-Law,
<br />Trustee to execute and deliver this Deed of Reconveyance.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived
<br />of said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following-described premises, but only as
<br />to such premises:
<br />Lot One (1), Deadwood Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
