O'HARA, Husband and Wife recorded in the Office of the Hall County Register of <br />Deeds as Instrument No. 200506032 has been paid and JACK D. O'HARA and DEANNE L. <br />O'HARA, Husband and Wife, Beneficiary, has requested Cathleen H.
