�0120918G <br />(N) "Mortgege Insurance" means +nc�*ance protecting Lender against the no�ayment of, or default on, the <br />Loan. <br />(0) "Periodic P�yment" means the regularly scheduled amount due for (i) principal and interest under the <br />Note, plus (ii) auy amounts under Section 3 of this Security Instrument. <br />!P1 "RESPA" means the Rea.l Estate Settlement Procedures Act (12 U.S.C.
