<br />DEED OF TRUST
<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST is dated October 26, 2012, among WILLIAM J DIBBERN, not personally
<br />but as Trustee on behalf of WILLIAM J DIBBERN REVOCABLE TRUST DATED 12-8-2011, an
<br />undivided 1/2 interest ("Trustor"); Five Points Bank, whose eddress is Kearney, 1809 W 39th
<br />Street, Keamey, NE 68845 (referred to below sometimes as "Lender" and sometimes as
<br />"Beneficiary"); and Five Points Bank, whose address is P.O Box 1507, Grand Island, NE
<br />68802-1507 (referred to below as "Trustee").
<br />CONVEYANCE AND QRANT. For valuable consideratlon, Trustor conveys to Trustee ln trust, WITH POWER OF SALE,
<br />for the benefit of Lender as Baneficiary, all of Trustor's right, title, and interest in and to the following described real
<br />property, together with ell existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements end fixtures; all
<br />easements, rights of wey, and eppurtenances; all water, weter rights and ditch rights (including stock in utilities with
<br />ditch or irrlgation rights); and all other rights, royalties, and profits relating to the real pro�erty, including without
<br />limitation all minerels, oi�, gas, geothermal and similar matters, (th� ° Reel Propel'ty ) IOC8t8d in HALL
<br />County, State of Nebraska:
<br />The Southwest auarter (SW 7/4) of Section Eight (8) Township Eleven (11) North, Range
<br />Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Real Properly or its address is commonly known as RURAL ROUTE, NE.
<br />FUTURE ADVANCES. In addition to the Note, this Deed of Trust secures all future advances made by Lender to
<br />Borrower whether or not the advences ere made pursuant to a commitment. Specifically, without limitetion, this Deed
<br />of Trust secures, in addition to the emounts specified in the Note, all future amounts Lender in its discretion may loan
<br />to Borrower, together with all interest thereon.
<br />Trustor presently assigns to Lender (also known as Beneficiary in this Deed of Trust) all of Trustor's right, title, and
<br />interest in and to ell present and future leases of the Property and all Rents from the Properry. In addition, Trustor
<br />grents to Lender a Uniform Commercial Code security interest in the Personal Property and Rents.
<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST, INCLUDING THE ASSIGNMENT OF RENTS AND THE SECURITY INTEREST IN THE RENTS AND
<br />PERSONAL PROPERTY, IS GIVEN TO SECURE (A) PAYMENT OF THE INDEBTEDNESS AND (B) PERFORMANCE OF
<br />ANY AND ALL OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE NOTE, THE RELATED DOCUMENTS, AND THIS DEED OF TRUST. THIS
