<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />"Trust Deed," executed by TR Holdings, LLC, as Trustors, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust
<br />Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Gompany, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated May 8, 2009, recorded May 14, 2009 as Instrument
<br />#200903707 recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska have been
<br />paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described
<br />real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):

<br />Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
