<br /> Beneficiary,recorded on 11/09/2006 as Instrument No.0200610079,in the office of the Hall County Recorder
<br /> of Hall County,NE; to secure an obligarion under a Promissory Note in the amount of$37,000.00;and
<br /> assigned to Wells Fazgo Bank,N.A, by Assignment dated 12/13/2007.The undersigned,as present holder of
<br /> [he Note, does hereby remove OLD REPUBLIC NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANI',as Trustee
<br /> and does,pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Trust,hereby remove any Substitute Trustee or Trustees who
<br /> may have been previously appointed in place of the original Trustee,and does hereby appoint and substitute
