<br />PAUL A. QUISENBERRY, Personal Representative of the Estate of Minnie K.
<br />Quisenberry, deceased, Grantor, conveys and releases to GRANTEE, PAUL A.
<br />QUISENBERRY, a life estate for his lifetime and the remainder interest to GRANTEE,
<br />GARY A. QUISENBERRY, the following described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska
<br />(as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. § 76-201):
<br />TRACT 1: An undivided one-half interest in: The Southwest Quarter of the
<br />Northeast Quarter (SW'/4NE'/4) and the South Half of the Northwest Quarter
<br />�S��2NW��4 of Section Two (2), Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11), West
<br />of the 6 P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />AND
<br />TRACT 2: An undivided one-half interest in: A tract of land comprising a part of the
<br />Northeast Quarter (NE'/4), of Section Three (3), Township Ten (10) North, Range
<br />Eleven (11) West of the 6�' P.M., in Hall Couniy, Nebraska, more particularly
<br />described as follows: Beginning at the southeast comer of said Northeast Quarter
<br />(NE'/4); thence running westerly along the south line of said Northeast Quarter
<br />(NE'/4), on an Assumed Bearing of N89°21'23"W, a distance of Two Hundred
<br />Eighteen (218.00) feet; thence running N00°41'S8'�VN, a distance of Three Hundred
<br />Eighty (380.00) feet; thence running S89°21'23"E, a distance of Two Hundred
<br />Eighteen (218.00) feet, to a point on the east line of said Northeast Quarter (NE'/);
<br />thence running S00°41'S8"E, along the east line of said Northeast Quarter (NE'/4), a
<br />distance of Three Hundred Eighty (380.00) feet, to the point of beginning and
<br />containing 1.901 acres more or less of which 0.288 acres more or iess is presently
<br />occupied by public road right of way. Net 1.613 acres more or less.

<br />GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEES are the persons entitled
<br />to distribution of the reaf estate from said estate.
<br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEES that GRANTOR has legal power
