<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured to be paid by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />MARJORIE A KASBOHM, A SINGLE PERSON, Trustor, in which the TECUMSEH FEDERAL BANK
<br />f/k/a TECUMSEH BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, 160 North 4th, Tecumseh, Nebraska is
<br />named as Beneficiary and Trustee under the DEED OF TRUST dated DECEMBER 15, 2006, and recorded
<br />on the 1 H day of DECEMBER, 2006, in the office of the County Clerk of HALL County, State of
<br />Nebraska, in INSTRUMENT NO. 0200611168, has been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does, by these presents, grant, demise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the real estate described as follows:
<br />UNIT SEVENTEEN (17), WESTWOOD PARK 1 CONDQMINIUMS, A
<br />CONDOMINIUM IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at
<br />Tecumseh, Nebraska, on this 22ND day of OCTOBER, 2012.
