Fox and Marion L. Fox, <br />Husband and Wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as 5'� <br />Trustee, which was recorded in the Hall County Register of Deeds Office, Nebraska, as <br />Instn.rment No 91-101879 on the 2" day of April, 1991, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five <br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of <br />Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />THE WEST ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-NINE (W159.0) FEET OF THE NORTH HALF <br />(N1/2) OF LOT TWENTY (20), IN BACHMAN AND LESTER SUBDIVISION, IN THE <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />a/k/a 1415 S.
