<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by RANDALL
<br />S. MENDYK AND MAUREEN TERESE MENDYK, HUSBAND AND WIFE to OLD
<br />REPUBLIC NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE CO., Trustee for the benefit of LEROY C.
<br />HOELCK AND MARGARET A. HOELCK, the beneficiary named therein, da.ted January
<br />19, 2010, recorded March 15, 2010 in the Register of Deeds office as Document No. 201001721
<br />and Assigned to Leroy C. Hoelck and Margaret A. Hoelck, Trustees of the Hoelck Family Trust
<br />by Assignment filed July 2, 2010 as Document No. 201004593, has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deecl of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
