<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />"Trust Deed," executed by Jim Narber aka Jim D. Narber and Donna Narber, Husband and
<br />Wife, as Trustors, to Platte Valley State Bank 8� Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated August 15,
<br />2003, recorded August 20, 2003 as Instrument #200311035 recorded in the o�ce of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska have been paid, and said Beneficiary has
<br />requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trust�e, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described
<br />real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):
