<br />DEED OFRECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by DEBBIE
<br />NGO and T. LUU TRLJNG, wife and husband, Trustor, to BRANDON S. CONNICK, Trustee,
<br />for the benefit of COMPETITIVE MORTGAGE, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, the Beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated August 29, 2007, and recorded November 29, 2007, in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200710030, has been satisfied;
<br />and the said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents
<br />grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following-described
<br />premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />The North Fifty-eight and Three Tenths (583) feet of the West One Half (W%Z) of
<br />Lot Three (3) of Vantine's Subdivision located on a part of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(NW'/a} of Section Twenty-two (22), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine
<br />(9) West of the 6�' P.M., Ha11 County, Nebraska,
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements, and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
