[I <br />c, ; 7 <br />� <br />Space Above This Line For R�rdin� Data <br />EXTENSION AGREEMENT <br />This EXTENSIQN AGREEMENT made and executed this 1TTH day of OCTOBER <br />2012 by and between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND L�AN ASSOCIATION OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, hereinafter referred to as "Lender", and <br />FRAIVI� D Sl�!IUTNY ANb DIANE E SMUTNY, HUSBAND AND WIFE AIK/A <br />FRANK D S1�ZUTNEY AND DIANE E 51��IUTNEY, HUSBAND AND WIFE <br />hereinafter refened to as "Bonower". <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note <br />secured by a Deed of TrustllVIortgage upon that real estate described as: <br />LOT FIVE (5), IN VII.,LA MAR DEE SUBDIVISION IN TI� CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />which Deed vf Truss�/Mortgage was ciated JIJNE 24, 1999 filed for record on JUNE 29, 1999 <br />AND NLY 9. 1999 in the office of the HALL C�IJNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF <br />HALL COLTNTY, NEBRASKA in DOCUIV�NT # 99-106514 AND 99-106934; <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew a.nd extend the <br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of TrustlMortgage, <br />NOW, TI�REFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto <br />give notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76-239 of the continued effectiveness of the <br />Deed of TrustlMortgage above described in the following respects: <br />1. MATIJRITY DATE. The sta.ted maturity of the above-described Deed of <br />TrustJMortgage is hereby AMENDED TO OCTOBER 1, 2016. <br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension <br />Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above-described <br />Deed of TrustJMortgage sha11 remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining <br />indebtedness concurrently herewith extended. <br />IN WITNESS VVHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this E�ension Agreement on the date <br />first noted above. <br />
