<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Duane A. Burns, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, whose mailing address is P.O. Box 2300, Grand Island, NE 68802, is hereby
<br />appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by BONNIE SLOAN, a single
<br />person, as Trustor, in which GRAND ISLAND AREA HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC., a
<br />Nebraska Corporation, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attomey, as
<br />Trustee, dated January 5, 1999, and recorded January 12, 1999, in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 99-100365 regarding the real estate
<br />described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Reconvevance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by BONNIE SLOAN, a single person, as Trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee,
<br />for GRAND ISLAND AREA HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, as
<br />Beneficiary, dated January 5, 1999, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Document 99-100365, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested
<br />in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by their
<br />endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
<br />the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title and interest
<br />and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate described in
<br />paragraph 3 below.
<br />3. Descriation of real estate aaalicable to both Substitution of Trustee and Deed
<br />of Reconvevance.
<br />Lot Seven (7), Block Fourteen (14) Meth's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
