ARMSTRONG AND LORI J. ARMSTRONG, herein called the Grantor, in <br />consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other consideration, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, hereby grant and convey unto the <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, <br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, State of Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, a forty <br />(40.0) foot x eighty and seventy four hundredths (80.74) foot wide permanent and perpetual <br />easement and right-of-way to construct, operate, maintain, extend, repair, replace, and remove <br />public drainage, including but not limited to, storm sewers, drainage ditches, manholes, pipelines, <br />surface markers, and other appurtenances, upon, over, along, across, in, underneath and through a <br />tract of land consisting of part of Lot One (1) of Riverside Farm Fourth Subdivision, located in the <br />Southeast Quarter (SEl/4) of Section Twenty-Nine (29), Township Fleven (11) North, Range Nine <br />(9) west of the 6'� P.M., City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. and more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 1, SAID POINT <br />ALSO BEING ON THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY (R.O.W.)
