�Q120�77� <br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />WHEREAS, Cooperative Producers, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, herein after referred to as the <br />"Grantee", by its Second Amended and Restated Real Estate Deed of Trust, dated April 9, 2010, and <br />recorded on October 26, 2010 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument <br />Number 201007917 (the "Deed of TrusY'), conveyed to CoBank, ACB, a federally chartered <br />instrumentality of the United States, as Trustee and Beneficiary thereunder certain property as described <br />in said Deed of Trust and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Partial Deed of <br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered by the Trustee, but only as to the property together with all <br />buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong thereto and described as follows (the <br />"Released Parcels"): <br />Parcel 1: Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Sixteen (16), <br />Seventeen (17) and Eighteen (18), Block Five (5), MacColl and Leflangs' Addition to <br />Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska <br />Parcel 2: Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3) and Four (4), Block Two (2), in MacColl and <br />Leflangs' Addition to Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Excepting therefrom that part of Lot 4, Block 2, in MacColl and Leflang's Addition to <br />Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska, conveyed to the State of Nebraska, Department of <br />Roads in WazTanty Deed recorded May 17, 2010, as Instrumeat No. 0201003324, <br />described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 4; thence easterly a <br />distance of 73.78 feet along the south line of said Lot 4; thence northerly deflecting 089 <br />degrees, 46 minutes, 21 seconds left, a distance of 29.25 feet to a point on the north line <br />of said Lot 4; thence westerly deflecting 111 degrees, 49 minutes, 25 seconds left, a <br />distance of 79.47 feet along said line to the point of beginning. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named in said Deed of <br />Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the <br />Grantee hereunder and entitled thereto all the interest and estate in the Released Parcels derived to said <br />Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust, but only as to said Released Parcels. <br />The Deed of Trust shall remain in full force and effect with respect to all properiy covered by it <br />which is not reconveyed by this Partial Deed of Reconveyance. This reconveyance is a partial <br />reconveyance and does not reconvey any other mortgages or deeds of trust which may be applicable to <br />the Released Parcels other than the Deed of Trust specifically identified above and is not a release of any <br />of Borrower's Indebtedness under the Debt Instnurients as described in and secured by the Deed of Trust <br />and does not release any collateral securing the Borrower's Indebtedness other than the lien of the Deed <br />of Trust as to the Released Parcels. <br />[SIGNATURE APPEARS ON THE FOLLOWING PAGE] <br />56047043 <br />Hall Co., NE Partial Release <br />
