<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by Leon Stanczyk, A Single Person, Trustor, to Citizens
<br />Bank and Trust Company, St. Paul, NE, Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />Citizens Bank & Trust Co., Beneficiary, dated March 24, 2006 and
<br />June 13, 2003 and recorded on March 31, 2006 and June 16, 2003 as
<br />Document No. 200602788 and #200307578 respectively in the record of
<br />Hall County,
<br />requested in
<br />delivered;
<br />Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in
<br />accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned, as
<br />Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey without warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the interest and estate of said Trustee by or through said Deed
<br />of Trust in the following described real estate (as defined in
<br />Nebraska Revised Statutes, Section 76-201):

<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements
<br />appurtenances thereto belonging to such premises.
