Successors and/or Assigns, hereinafter called LENDER #2 <br />and Scott E Wentling and Melody A Wentling, Husband and and Wife, hereinafter called <br />BORROWER, <br />WHEREAS, BORROWER is the owner of the real estate hereinafter called <br />PROPERTY which is described as: <br />LOT TWO (2), BLOCK FOUR (4), GLADSTONE PLACE, AN ADDTTION TO THE CITY OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, EXCEPTING A CERTAIN TRACT MORE <br />PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN WARRANTY DEED RECORDED AS DOCUMENT NO. <br />93-103761 <br />WHEREAS, BORROWER has executed a Note in a principal amount of $15,000.00 secured by <br />a Mortgage/Deed of Trust in favor of LENDER #1, covering the PROPERTY, recorded on as <br />Inst.
