A breach of the obligations contained in the Deed of Trust has occurred as a result of <br />the failure to pay principal and interest payments due under the obligation secured by the Deed of <br />Trust. The Trust properly described in the Deed of Trust is as follows: <br />Lot Thirty Two (32), MORNINGSIDE ACRES SUBDIVISON, in the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, commonly known as 2516 South August Street Grand <br />Island, NE 68801 <br />The undersigned Successor Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the property <br />described above to satisfy the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust. <br />This Notice of Default is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be <br />used for that purpose.
