<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of
<br />Trust, hereinafter called the Trust Deed, executed by, EMILY A
<br />EiJ'�SLER, A SINGLE PERSON to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust
<br />Company, dated on February 18, 2011 and recorded on February 24,
<br />2011 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, Inst. 0201101534, has been paid, and said Beneficiary
<br />has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in
<br />accordance with the request of the Beneficiary names in the Trust
<br />Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by
<br />or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real
<br />property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):
