Borro�ver shall not destroy, <br /> damage or impair the Progerly,allow the Property to deteriora#e or conunit waste on the Progerty_ Whether or not <br /> Borro�ver is residing in fhe Properiy, Bonoc��er shail mauitain the Properiy in order to prevent the Properly from <br /> deterioraflng or decreasing in value due to its condirion. Unless it is determined pursuant to Section 5 tl�at repair <br /> or restoration is not economically feasible, Boaower shall promptly repair the Property if damaged to avoid <br /> furthez deterioration or daznage.
