<br />QUITCLAIM DEED
<br />Mary E. Gloe, widow and Susan Whitaker, widow, hereinafter referred to as Grantors, of
<br />Grancl Island, Hall County, Nebraska, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable
<br />consideration received from James C. Whitaker and Linda L, Whitaker, husband and wife, as joint
<br />tenants, hereinafter referred to as Grantees of Grand Island, Hall County Nebraska, does hereby
<br />remise, release, and forever quitclaim unto Grantee's and to Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, all
<br />of Grantor rights, title, interest, estate, claim and demand both at law and in equity of in and to the
