<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRE5ENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:
<br />Housing Plus, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS
<br />AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, dated August 4, 2006 and recorded
<br />Au�ust 4, 2006 as Instrument No. 0200606980, in the office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEED' S OFFICE IN HALL COLJNTY, NEBRASKA, has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
