<br />AND KATI-�tYN S HOSIER HIJSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated APRII, 11. 2012 and recorded APRIL 18.

<br />201203045 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Dced of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
