<br />THIS MODIFICATION OF DEED OF TRUST dated October 11, 2012, is made and executed
<br />between DARRELL L PENAS and PAMELA PENAS; Husband and �fe ("Trustor") and Five
<br />Points Bank, whose address is West Branch, 2009 N. Diers Ave., Grand Island, NE 68803
<br />("Lender").
<br />DEED OF TRUST. Lender and Trustor have entered into a Deed of Trust dated October 25, 2010 (the "Deed of Trust")
<br />which has been recorded in HALL County, State of Nebraska, es follows:

<br />MODIFICATION. Lander and Trustor hereby modify the Deed of Trust as follows:
<br />Increasing the principal amourrt to 595,000 and extending the maturity date to November 15, 2017.
<br />CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except es expressly modified above, the terms of the original Deed of Trust shall remain
<br />unchanged end in full force and effect. Consent by Lender to this Modificetfon does not waive Lender's �ight to require
<br />strict performance of the Deed of Trust es chenged above nor obligete Lender to make any future modificetions.
<br />Nothing in this Modification shell constitute a satisfaction of the promissory note or other credit agreement secured by
<br />the Deed of Trust (the "Note"). It is the intention of Lender to retein as liable all parties to the Deed of Trust and all
<br />parties, makers and endorsers to the Note, including accommodetfon parties, unless a party is expressly released by
<br />Lender in writing. Any maker or endorser, including accommodation makers, shall not be releesed by virtue of this
<br />Modification. If any person who signed the original Deed of Trust does not sign this Modification, then all persons
<br />signing below acknowledge that this Modificatfon is given conditionally, based on the representetion to Lender that the
