Lander and Trustor hereby modify the Deed of Trust as follows: <br />Increasing the principal amourrt to 595,000 and extending the maturity date to November 15, 2017. <br />CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except es expressly modified above, the terms of the original Deed of Trust shall remain <br />unchanged end in full force and effect. Consent by Lender to this Modificetfon does not waive Lender's �ight to require <br />strict performance of the Deed of Trust es chenged above nor obligete Lender to make any future modificetions. <br />Nothing in this Modification shell constitute a satisfaction of the promissory note or other credit agreement secured by <br />the Deed of Trust (the "Note"). It is the intention of Lender to retein as liable all parties to the Deed of Trust and all <br />parties, makers and endorsers to the Note, including accommodetfon parties, unless a party is expressly released by <br />Lender in writing.
