<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by J Mick Brown and Lori J Brown,
<br />Husband and Wife as Joint Tenants to EXCHANGE BANK, Trustee, for the benefit of EXCHANGE
<br />BANK, the Beneficiary na.med therein, dated October 26, 2006, and recorded October 27, 2006, in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument #0200609609 (or in Book Number
<br />Page Number ) has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
