<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, v
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated January 13, 2007, executed by Marguerite J Semm, a Widowed �
<br />Person, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as �2
<br />Trustee, which was recorded in Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, document
<br />number 0200700608 on the 25th day of January, 2007, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />FRACTIONAL LOT FOUR (4), IN BLOCK FOUR (4) OF CHARLES WASMER'S
<br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND AND WASMER'S ANNEX TO
<br />WASMER'S FIRST ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND AND
<br />COMPLEMENT, BEING FRACTIONAL LOT TWO (2) IN BLOCK TWENTY-SIX
<br />(26) OF BAKER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />AS SURVERYED, PLATTED AND RECORDED.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
