The beneficiary is Home Federal Savings & Loan Association of Grand <br />Island, which is organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America and whose address is 221 <br />South Locust Street, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801 ("Lender"). DENNIS W HARDER and CHERYL K <br />HARDER have entered into a Contract with Lender as of October 4, 2012, under the terms of which Borrower <br />may, from time to time, obtain advances not to exceed, at any time, a***MAXIIVIUM PRINCIPAL AMOUNT <br />(EXCLUDING PROTECTIVE ADVANCE5)*** of Fifteen Thousand and 00/100 Dollars (U.S. $15,000.00) <br />("Credit Limit"). All replacements and additions shall also be <br />covered by this Security Instrument. All of the foregoing is referred to in this Security Instrument as the <br />"Property." <br />BORROWER COVENANTS that Bonower is lawfully seised of the estate hereby conveyed and has the right to <br />grant and convey the Properly and that the Property is unencumbered, except for encumbrances of record <br />Borrower watrants and will defend generally the title to the Properiy against all claims and demands, subject to <br />any encumbrances of record. <br />Boaower and Lender covenant and agree as follows: <br />Payment of Principal and Interest; Other Charges. Borrower shall promptly pay when due the principal of and <br />interest on the debt owed under the Contract and late charges or any other fees and charges due under the Contract. <br />Applicable Law.
