<br />Dated March 28, 2012 Executed by R. Rvan Hansen and Nicole Hansen, Husband and Wife
<br />Trustor(s) in which Pinnacle Bank, Aurora, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, and recorded Aaril 12, 2012, Instrument #201202847, in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall Countv, Nebraska, has received from the beneficiary thereunder,
<br />a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been
