<br />Dated September 30, 2010 Executed by R. Rvan Hansen and Nicole Hansen, Husband and
<br />Wife Trustor(s) in which Pinnacle Bank, Aurora, Nebraska, is named. as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, and recorded 5eutember 30, 2010, Instrument #021007165, in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hal l Countv, Nebraska, has received from the beneficiary
<br />thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust
<br />have been fully paid and that such Deed of Trust and the note secured thereby have been
