<br />WHOLESALERS PROPERTY COMPANY, L.L.C., A DELAWARE CORPORATION organized
<br />and existing under the laws of the UNITED STATES GRANTOR, in consideration of ONE
<br />DOLLAR ($1.00) and other valuable consideration received from Grantee, BOSSELMAN
<br />LEASING, LLC, A NEBRASKA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY conveys to GRANTEE, the

<br />GRANTOR covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEE that GRANTOR:
