<br />ASSIGNMENT OF RENTS
<br />THIS ASSIGNMENT OF RENTS dated October 9, 2012, is made and executed between LANE
<br />HOME IMPROVEMENTS & CONSTRUCTION LLC (referred to below as "Grantor") and Five
<br />Points Bank, whose address is 2009 N. Diers Ave., Grand Island, NE 68803 (referred to below
<br />as "Lender").
<br />ASSIGNMENT. For valuable consideration, Grantor hereby assigns, grants a continuing security
<br />interest in, and conveys to Lender �II of Grantor's right, title, and interest in and to the Rents
<br />from the following described Properly located in HALL County, State of Nebraska:
<br />The Northerly One Hundred Two (102) feet and the Easterly Five (5) feet and Six (6) inches
<br />of the Southerly Thirty (30) feet of Lot Five (5), in Block Eleven (17), in Russel Wheeler's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />The Property or its address is commonly known as 921 NORTH OAK, GRAND ISLAND, NE
<br />68801. The Property tax identification number is 400'120232.
<br />CROSS-COLLATERALIZATION. In addition to the Note, this Assignment secures all obligetions, debta and liabilities,
<br />plus interest thereon, of either Grantor or Borrower to Lender, or eny one or more of them, es well as all claims by
<br />Lender against Borrower end Grantor or any one or more of them, whether now existing or hereafter arising, whether
<br />related or unreleted to the purpose of the Note, whether voluntary or otherwise, whether due or not due, direct or
<br />indirect, determined or undetermined, absolute or contingent, liqufdated or unliquidated, whether Borrower or Grantor
<br />may be liable individuelly or jointly with others, whether obligeted es guarantor, surety, accommodation party or
<br />otherwise, and whether recovery upon such amounts may be or hereafter may become berred by any statute of
<br />limitations, and whether the obligation to repay such emounts mey be or hereafter may become otherwise
<br />unenforceable. If the Lender is required to give notice of the right to cencel under Truth in Lending in connection with
<br />any additional loans, extensions of credit and other liabilities or obUgations of Grantor to Lender, then this Assignment
<br />shall not secure edditionel loans or obligations unless and until such notice is given.
<br />FUTURE ADVANCES. In addition to the Note, this Assignment secures all future advances mede by Lender to Borrower
