Diers Ave., Grand Island, NE 68803 ("Lender"). <br />DEED OF TRUST. Lender end Trustor have entered into e Deed of T�ust deted August 22, 2011 (the "Deed of Trust") <br />which has been recorded in HALL County, Stete of Nebraska, as follows: <br />Entered as Instrument No. 0201106296 in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds on August 23, 2011. <br />REAL PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. The Deed of Trust covers the following described real property located in HALL <br />County, State of Nebraska: <br />The Northerly One Hundred Two (102) feet and the Easterly Five (b) feet and Six (6) inches of the Southerly Thirty <br />(30) feet of Lot Five (51, in Block Eleven (11), in Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebreska <br />The Real Property or its eddress is commonly known as 921 NORTH OAK, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801. The Real <br />Property tex identification number is 400120232. <br />MODIFICATION. Lender end Trustor hereby modify the Deed of Trust as follows: <br />E�ctending the maturity date to 11 /5/2018. <br />CONTINUINO VALIDITY. Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the originef Deed of Trust shell remain <br />unchanged end in full force and effect. Consent by Lender to this Moditicatfon does not waive Lender's right to require <br />strict performance of the Deed of Trust as changed above nor obligate Lender to meke eny future modifications. <br />Nothing in this Modification shall constitute a satisfaction of the promissory note or other credit agreement aecured by <br />the Deed of Trust (the "Note"1. It is the intention of Lender to retain as liable all parties to the Deed of Trust and all <br />parties, mekers and endorsers to the Note, including eccommodation parties, unless a party is expressly released by <br />Lender in writing. Any meker or endorser, including accommodation makers, shall not be released by virtue of this <br />Modificetion. If any person who signed the original Deed of Try§t does not sign this Modificetion, then all persons <br />signing below ecknowledge thet this Modificetion is given cond'itionally, based on the representation to Lender thet the <br />non-signing person consents to the chengea end provisions of this Modification or otherwise will not be released by it. <br />This weiver applies not only to any initiel extension ar modification,, but also to all such subsequent actions. <br />TRUSTOR ACKNOWLED(3ES HAVINO READ ALL THE PROVISIONS OF THIS MODIFICATION OF DEED OF TRUST AND <br />TRUSTOR AGREES TO ITS TERMS.
