<br />and Kari L Price, husband and wife as Trd.istor to Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank as
<br />Trustee for the benefit of Nebraska Investment Finance Authority, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />June 27, 2003, and recorded in the o�ce of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book N/A
<br />Page N/A or Instrument Number 0200308193, and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to
