<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESEIVTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all parties to the Construction Deed of Trust executed by COPPER
<br />CREEK ESTATES-GRAND ISLAND, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company, Trustor, to
<br />Five Points Bank, the Beneficiary named therein, dated August 2, 2006, and recorded as
<br />Instrument No. 200606901 in the office of the Hall County, Nebraska, Register of Deeds on
<br />August 3, 2006, which Construction Deed of Trust was assigned to Larry Paulsen, Successor
<br />Beneficiary, pursuant to an Assignment Deed of Trust fi{ed on May 20, 2010, as instrument No.
<br />201003405 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, desire to re{ease a
<br />portion of the real estate secured by the Deed of Trust. A Substitution of Trustee appointing
<br />Bruce L. Hart as Successor Trustee under the Construction Deed of Trust was filed on May 20,
<br />2010, as Instrument No. 201003406, in the O�ce of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />For valuabie consideration and in accordance with the request of the Successor
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Successor Trustee, does by these presents
<br />grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons legaliy entitled thereto, any estate
<br />now held by said Successor Trustee hereunder in the following described premises, but only as
<br />to such premises:
