<br />THAT WHEREAS, all parties to the Constnaction Deed of Trust executed by COPPER
<br />CREEK ESTATES-GRAND ISLAND, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company, Trustor, to
<br />Five Points Bank, the Beneficiary named therein, dated September 30, 2008, and recorded as
<br />Instrument No. 200808930 in the office of the Hall County, Nebraska, Register of Deeds on
<br />October 23, 2008, which Construction Deed of Trust was assigned to Larry Paulsen, Successor
<br />Beneficiary, pursuant to an Assignment Deed of Trust filed on January 20, 2010, as Instrument
<br />No. 201000418 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, desire to
<br />release a portion of the real estate secured by the Deed of Trust. A Substitution of Trustee
<br />appointing Bruce L. Hart as Successor Trustee under the Construction Deed of Trust was filed
<br />on January 20, 2010, as Instrument No. 201000419, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />For valuable consideration and in accordance with the request of the Successor
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Successor Trustee, does by these presents
<br />grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, any estate
<br />now held by said Successor Trustee hereunder in the following described premises, but only as
<br />to such premises:
