<br />DEED OFRECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />"Trust Deed," executed by Far Reach, LLC, as Trustors, to Platte Valiey State Bank 8� Trust
<br />Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated November 30, 2011, recorded December 2, 2011 as
<br />Instrument #201109069, Re-Recorded December 14, 2011 as Instrument #201109378 in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska have been paid, and said Beneficiary
<br />has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described
<br />real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):
<br />Lots Five (5) and Six (6), Fonner Second Subdivision, in the City of Gran� Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, EXCEPTING tracts more particularly described in Deeds recorded as Document No
<br />76-000687, Document No. 76-001804, Document No. 76-001882, Document No. 76-001357 and
<br />Document No. 200316166.
<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly know as 1803 and 1903 S Locust, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska
