<br />Lopez, a single person as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank as Trustee for
<br />the benefit of Nebraska Investment Finance Authority, the beneficiary named therein, dated June 25, 2001,
<br />and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book N/A Page N/A or
<br />Instrument Number 0200106151, and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA
<br />INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment
