<br />an unmarried person as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank as Trustee for the
<br />benefit of Nebraska Investment Finance Authority, the beneficiary named therein, dated June 26, 2001, and
<br />recorded in the ofFce of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book N/A Page N/A or Instrument
<br />Number 200106752, and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT
<br />FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in
