O'HARE, hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee". <br />1. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement <br />is to set forth the terms and conditions under which the Licensee may construct, <br />maintain, repair, and utilize the following described improvement which will infringe <br />upon the public right-of-way; <br />Installation of lawn sprinkler system to irrigate the public right-of-way abutting <br />the property at 1508 West Division Street. This will include sprinkler lines, sprinkler <br />heads, control box and associated hardware. This agreement is in connection with <br />the US Highway 30 Drainage Project No. URB-30-4(158); Control No. 40352a. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF REAL ESTATE AFFECTED. This License <br />Agreement applies to Fractional Lot Seven (7) in Fractional Block Twenty (20) in <br />Palmer's Subdivision of Lot Seven (7) of the County Subdivision of the Southeast <br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE1/4 SW1/4) of Section Sixteen (16), Township <br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6 P.M., in Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, and its complement, Fractional Lot Seven (7) in Fractional Block Twenty <br />(20) in Kernohan & Decker's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />3. LICENSEE'S DUTIES AND RISKS. It is understood and agreed that <br />the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair and utilize the above described <br />improvement at the Licensee's sole risk. The Licensee hereby waives any claim for <br />damages against the Licensor, its officers, employee, agents and independent <br />contractors for any damage or injury that may result to said improvement.
