STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement <br />is to set forth the terms and conditions under which the Licensee may construct, <br />maintain, repair, and utilize the following described improvement which will infringe <br />upon the public right-of-way; <br />Installation of lawn sprinkler system to irrigafe the public right-of-way abutting <br />the property at 1501 West Division Street. This will include sprinkler lines, sprinkler <br />heads, control box and associated hardware. This agreement is in connection with <br />the US Highway 30 Drainage Project No. URB-30-4(158); Control No. 40352a. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF REAL ESTATE AFFECTED. This License <br />Agreement applies to Fractional Lot One (1), in Block Eleven (11) of Charles <br />Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island, and it's complement, to-wit: All of <br />Fractional Block Eleven (11) of Palmer's Subdivision of Lot Number Seven (7), of the <br />County Subdivision of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE1/4 SW <br />'/4) of Section Number Sixteen (16), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) <br />West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />3. LICENSEE'S DUTIES AND RISKS. It is understood and agreed that <br />the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair and utilize the above described <br />improvement at the Licensee's sole risk. The Licensee hereby waives any claim for <br />damages against the Licensor, its officers, employee, agents and independent <br />contractors for any damage or injury that may result to said improvement.
