STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement <br />is to set forth the terms and conditions under which the Licensee may construct, <br />maintain, repair, and utilize the following described improvement which will infringe <br />upon the public right-of-way; <br />Installation of lawn sprinkler system to irrigate the public right-of-way abutting <br />the property at 1811 W 2" Street. This will include sprinkler lines, sprinkler heads, <br />control box and associated hardware. This agreement is in connection with the US <br />Highway 30 Drainage Projeet No. URB-30-4(158); Control No. 40352a. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF REAL ESTATE AFFECTED. This License <br />Agreement applies to Lots One (1), Two (2), Three. (3), Four (4}, Seven (7), and Eight <br />(8), Block Fifteen (15), Kernohan and Decker's Addition and all of Lots Two (2), <br />Three (3), Four (4), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9) and Ten (10), Block Two <br />(2), Charles Wasmer's Addition, all in the Gity of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, EXCEPT a tract more particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded as <br />Document No. 200608846. <br />3. LICENSEE'S DUTIES AND RISKS. It is understood and agreed that <br />the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair and utilize the above described <br />improvement at the Licensee's sole risk. The Licensee hereby waives any claim for <br />damages against the Licensor, its officers, employee, agents and independent <br />contractors for any damage or injury that may result to said improvement.
