<br />WHEREAS, in consideration of partial payment of indebtedness secured by the
<br />Trust Deed executed by Dawn M. Peard, a single person, Grantor, to Pamela D.
<br />Andersen, Successor Trustee, for the benefit of Pathway Bank, the beneficiary named
<br />therein, said Deed of Trust recorded November 29, 2010 in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 0201008867 and whereas said
<br />beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the esta.te now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally
<br />described as follow:
<br />Pazcel B: Lot Two (2), Shaz's Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, which currently has an address of 917-919 E 12`" Street, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska and
<br />Parcel C: Lot Three (3), Shar's Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, which currently has the address of 1104-1106 N Evans Street, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska 68801
